Any product is eligible for exchange/refund only:
1.The packaging is damaged.
2.Product is defective.
EXCHANGE POLICY
1.We provide exchange only one time, so make sure you are sure of the size. For assistance, we are here to help you.
2.Exchange charges are ₹ 100. As we do not have our own delivery service, we rely on third-party delivery partners. The delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from your location and additional delivery charges for delivering new product back to your location. As there are two-way charges, we request our customers to pay only for one way charges.
3.Exchanged product gets shipped as soon as we receive the returned product. The whole process takes about 7-9 days.
4.In case of return pick-up, if the area pin-code falls under non-serviceable category, then you will be informed & hence we expect you to send it via your local courier centre. In this case, you will not be charged anything for the exchange process.
